it’s been roughly two weeks since I’ve started committing to recovery for real
I’m not sure if it’s because the weather has been warmer or the days have been longer but I feel a lot better in my own skin. I feel more confident, more at home…🧘‍♀️🫶🏼

I’m starting to enjoy my life again and I am feeling less scared around food. It’s only been a week but I’m feeling better than ever before!! I’m so excited to experience what this recovery journey has to offer, and I’m so glad to take you guys along with me!!💌🌿

ps: after my exams I will start posting more content again!! just focusing on getting through my last week of school right now <3

I am entering a new era of my life. It’s been a week since I’ve started my ‘real’ recovery journey. Not that I wasn’t recovering before, but I feel like I was more quasi recovering than real.
It’s been a week since I’ve made the decision to honour all of my hunger no matter how much or when I eat. It’s been one of the hardest weeks coping with guilt, but I’m doing this. I am feeling so empowered by choosing recovery for real!!!!

I am entering this new era and there’s no way I’m going back to how I was before, I’m rocking this thing called recovery baby!!!! Also, documenting my feelings in this journal really helps and I would definitely recommend getting a journal yourself <3
